No appointment and I was able to walk-in mid-day on a Monday (YMMV). Nicole was wonderful, she helped walk me through a new policy and explained everything as much or as little as I wanted and there was no pressure. It ended up that for the same cost as my previous vehicle insurance I got vehicle, renters, and an umbrella!! Plus, it was a good chunk less then only having a vehicle coverage from them (definitely ask and a multi-policy discount). She genuinely tried to help me get the best deal, even though I was originally only planning to get vehicle insurance. It feels awesome to have all that extra coverage should I every need it and if I ever want to change it she's a phone call away. Thank you!
